If you need any technical assistance, we have several experienced technicians available. Please let us know in advance if you need this kind of support. We can provide qualified staff to film, record, edit and mix your music.

 

 

Audio and filming costs, start from £150.00.

Technicians will assess your requirements fully, beforehand to finalise cost.

Under £200.00 – 20% deposit and over £ 200.00 – 50%.

Congratulations to our founder Mr John Shaw, who received a local hero award yesterday.

The awards ceremony was held in the Blackpool Tower Ballroom and was sponsored by the Blackpool Gazette, the awards were given to local people, who have made a contribution to their local community.

Mr John Shaw is the founder of Blackpool Music School and he has spent the last fifteen years raising funds and developing the music school, to the level  we are at now.  We have eleven tutors, teaching a cohort of ninety students, with a wide range of musical instruments.

Blackpool Music School is being assessed to become a centre for excellence and a test centre for the Rock School awarding body.

BLACKPOOL MUSIC SCHOOL FUND RAISER – Thursday 24th October 2019

Venue – Stanley Ward Conservative Club, Common Edge Road, Blackpool.

 

We are pleased to announce that BMS is presenting a concert, to help raise extra funds for the school.

 

BMS is a small charity run school with a big passion for music. It provides affordable music for the local community, together with funded projects.

 

The teenage students from our Rock Star project will be performing at this concert. 

 

Doors will open at 7.00 pm – 7.30 pm Comperes Mark Holt/ Rick Lunt with introduction – Sax ensemble with Ray Jones -7.45 pm Rock Star band students – 8.15 pm Presentation of student certificates – 8.30 pm  Hot pot supper/raffle – 8.30 pm Surprise Guest – 9.30 pm – BMS -Chloe Hart/vocalist and Caroline Cooper/keyboard with selection of songs. Close of evening 10.00 pm.

 

Tickets: – Adults £8.00 – Children under 12 years £5.00, including hot pot supper. Tickets are available through either BMS or SWCC.
