Hello,

NEW PROGRAMMES FOR ELECTRIC GUITAR AND DRUMS

STARTING LATE FEBRUARY 2019

Blackpool Music School, is a small non- profit making, charity run, community school.

We are introducing some new programmes aimed at children aged 7 -11 and 12-15 years of age.

Classes would consist of 4 to 8 students in the electric guitar group, taught with one tutor (plus assistant) and four students for the drum group.

Classes will be held at the school on a Saturday or evenings, with 1-hour tuition being provided, (dates and times to be confirmed).

Students will follow the, ‘Rock School Curriculum’ and will have the opportunity to take examinations, should they wish to do so.

Most of all we want it to be enjoyable for the children and fun.

Hello,

We are Blackpool Music School, a small charity run music school with a big passion for music.

We have an exciting project starting in February 2019. The Rock Star project has been put in place to hopefully, ignite young teenagers’ interest in music. We are targeting the 12 to 15 year old age range. The students can choose from keyboard, drums, guitar and even vocals. Project is held on a Saturday afternoon for approximately one hour and is open to all teenagers. This is planned to be a fun event and at the end of the course, the group will come together to give a music performance.

Students of all abilities are welcome to apply, so even if they have never picked up a guitar or held a drumstick but are serious about learning an instrument, then get in touch.

We are expecting an enthusiastic response to this project, so to ensure you can secure a place, please call us at your earliest convenience.

Free tuition for the first 15 students. Supported by Awards for All (National Lottery) and The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lancashire.
